1.
does u hu*****and applied LC one year ago?
if did, u R OK.
if not,both of you, probably, have to leave US when the visa expires.

2.if 140 has been submitted for more than 1 year. you are ok to renew 7th year's visa.

3.I am not sure if 140 is approved before Aug., you can renew it or not. (7th visa). Contact an lawyer.
