来加半年了，pr card holder，想回美国旅游

听说有种10年有效的visa，哪里可以查到怎样申请的程序？我这种情况容易吗？要多长时间？
另外，我是从美国移民过来的，可不可以不提前申请，直接开自家车过境入美？在海关会是怎样的程序？
强调一句：只是旅游，最多两个星期的停留。
望有过真实经历的过来人指点。
