请教关于H1B的几个问题，很急，千恩万谢了，在线等

我的H1B 是学校申请的，至2006年底有效，我的合同2005年底已结束。请问：

1) 我若今年二月联系到新雇主，我的H1B是重新申请还是TRANSFER？

2) 我现申请H4，还没批下来，请问这时可以申请H1B或TRANSFER么？
