Should all aliens submit AR 11 once moving?

Hi,

I am wondering should I also submit AR 11 to INS once changing address? I have changed address several times during the past 5 years, and only reported to the international office of my college. Currently I am in H1-B.

I know those who have I-485 pending need to report INS for address change, how about the pepole like me( alines without I-485 pending)?
