LC in Philly BPC

Some of my friends' LC got approved from Philly BEC recently.
06/2003, EB2, from Deleware->philly BEC
06/2002, From NY ->Philly BEC

Mine is 01/2003, from Philadelphia->Philly BEC still not approved.
Any body has more to share?
