入籍问题 (conditional permanent resident)

我于2002年3月来美与老公结婚，2003年11月拿到conditional permanent resident,2004年8月提交I751(remove conditional permanent residence, 现在已经拿到receipt notice).
我的问题是我最早应该什么时候申请入籍呢？
