You should file I-90 ASAP

If you don't do it,when you file your I-400 after 5 years,the INS service center may reject your application because they think you file the I-400 earlier than the requirement by the Immigration & Nationality Act since your issue date on green card is wrong.If so,it will delay the time that you get the US citizenship certification.
