NIW Approved, REF 485, No Employment

My NIW is just approved, and I got the REF on 485 notice by email. I do not know what is usually needed for the RFE.( I will let you know, as soon as I get the notice by mail)
I just graduated with PhD, NO offer yet! And I do not think that I can get an offer in a short time, Will this hurt my 485,
Any suggestions about this very appreciated!
