我的J-1D2019 标有"not subject to the two-year residence requirement"
问过学校International office 的官员，说不必豁免即可办理H，只是担心将来办绿卡的时候会不会有麻烦，是否会要求重新进行WAIVER呢？有相同经历的朋友么？
