chance than employer sponshored ones to be transferred and interviewed , especially for those who have changed job. Almost all 245(i) cases got transferred. Only a few of them got approved without a transfer. I'd like to see what happens when the big 245(i) rush (4/21/01 deadline) comes to 485 stage. Most of them,, about 300,000, are still in DOL backlog processing center.
