Second I-140 NIW petition

Dear all,

I have moved to Oklahoma from California. I have a pending I-140/I-485 NIW in CSC. Now I am preparing for second I-140 NIW petition to TSC.I will try to do it myself. Are there any additional requirements in second petition? What is the difference between first and second petitions concerning to the document preparation? Thank you very much.
