How to land in Canada while I-485 is pending?

I just got my Canadian PR landing paper. I recently submitted my I-485 [Sep, 2005, affected by the retrogression].

I am on the 5th year of my H1B. I am working in Detroit. I entered into USA with F1 Visa and have never left USA since then.

How could I land in Windsor, Canada while with 485 pending?

Could I apply and get my H1 Visa stamped in US Canada consular office and return back to USA with H1B visa?

Should I also apply the Advanced Parol in case the H1B visa stamp get denied?

What could be the consequence if I apply AP but will not use it?
