By the way,noe of the secretary of nonimmigration section of U.S Embassy (she is a Chinese,as an employee of the Diplomat Service Bureau of Foreign Affairs Ministry of P.R.China,was sent to work in U.S Embassy)told my friend, she was only one the secretary ever saw whose hu*****and went to U.S.A with B-1 visa,then tranfered other immigration status, the dependent was issued a visa during the period she worked there.
