H1B visa question - Urgent Help needed

Dear friends, I need your urgent help and advices:

In filling the DS-156 for visa application in China (Beijing), item #
31 ask - "Has anyone ever filed an immigration visa petition on your behalf?"

I just got I-140 approved, but not yet file I-485 (EB-3). Should I fill in Yes or NO?
