I-824 是 一 方 已 獲 I-485 批 准 後 為 另 一 方 遞 的 ﹐( I-140 批 准 後 不 用 遞 I-824﹐ 領 館 就 會 寄 P3)﹐ 且 I-485 沒 批 準 。 前 ﹐ I-824 也 不 會 approve
