I read several posts from this web that only I140 update without I485 update is a good sign of approval. I remembered clearly, there was one who got approval notice (online) after the LUD happened two weeks later.
By the way, I just got RFE letter (NIW) from VSC. Could you tell me where I can find the templates for independent letters? That's very urgent for me.
