各位高手,重开LC申请,可行吗?该如何做了?

前天我雇主和我都收到DALLAS LC NOTICE OF CASE COLSURE 的信. 信如下: Our communication to you dated September 20, 2005 stated that your complete response was to be postmarked no later than November 04, 2005. Your case has been closed due to an untimely or incomplete response. At any time , you may resubmit this alien labor certification request as a new application which will have a new filling date. 还有就是与DALLAS BACKLOG ELIMINATION CENTER CONTACT INFO. 我雇主昨天发了传真要求重开我的LC,因为我雇主根本没收到那封信. 请问此种情况有没有可能重开原LC 申请, 保住原时间(DATE OF ACCEPTANCE FOR PROCESSING: OCTOBER 30, 2003)? 如果可行,该如何做了?
