Help: NIW RFE TSC

We got RFE for NIW at TSC (# 362).

It requires
1. Indenpendent letters
2. Citations.

My questions:
1. We can get a few independent letters but it gives very detailed requirements about the letters which seems very hard to meet. (the requirements are attached as following). It is hard to get "document evidence".

2. We do not have any citations.

Does anyone have similar experience, e.g., from same officer or similar requirements.

Any suggestions are appreciated!


Attachments:

1) Submit letters from independent researchers "who have used the beneficiary techniques in their own research or can state to the influence the beneficiary’s research has had on the field as a whole".

2) They will go into detail about "how they have relied upon and have been influenced by the research of the beneficiary".

3) They should go into depth about the beneficiary research "how they are qualified to make the judgments, how they have gained knowledge of the beneficiary’s expertise, and the beneficiary stands apart" from other scientists in the field.

4) They should go into detail about the beneficiary "publications, and presentation" and how those have influenced the field.

5) Submit "documentary evidence" to support the reference writers’ statements.
