Ask experienced people for B1 visa

Hi, friends,

My sister in law will visiting US next week with B1 visa. She
has the intention to change her status and stay in US. Please
share your experience that how can she stay. Is it possible to
change to a F1 student? I asked this question earlier but did
not get very useful suggestion.
