if the notice is for a 10 finger print, it is very interesting. My explaination is as follows. CIS believes that your daugher will turn 14 at the time of approving stage. So they ask her to complete figure print check in order to avoid any future delay ( as posted in a yesterday's message). However, CIS rule prevents them from collecting the finger print fee for any applicant under 14 year old. You got free finger print, a complimentary from CIS. A rare event. Cheer!
