It depends on what kind of I-140 you apply.
1. Self I-140 approval, I-485 pending. You are OK!
2. Self I-140, I-485 pending, you are OK now until you know your I-140 results, approve. Good! Denial, bad!
3. Employment-base I-140 approval, I-485 pending after 180 day. You are OK! Before 180 days, bad.
4. Employ-basement I-140 pending, Bad.
