his daugher's application would have been rejected. And they would have to resubmit the application again. If they were in a hurry to catch 10/1 deadline, his daugher would miss the deadline and left in the dark for a long time.
Immigration law is the most complicated law in this land only next to tax law.You need to be very careful when advising other people.
