unemployment gap between transferring H-1B

I received the answers from an atterney for the following questions below, but the answers are totally different from another one. please give your thoughts. Many thanks.

I have the following questions regarding my I-485 pending. I filed my EB-1 (OR) I-140/I-485 concurrently. The I-140 has bee approved, and I-485 has been pending more than 180 days.

(1). Can I change my job during the I-485 pending? since my EB-1b is employer-sponsored.
Answer: Yes.

(2). I am using H-1B to work for my current employer. Is there an unemployment gap allowed for transferring my H-1B between my current and he next employers (e.g. several weeks).
Answer: No.

(3). I have applied my EAD. Is there an unemployment gap allowed if I use EAD to start my next job (e.g. a couple of weeks)?
Answer: No.
