H1-transfer

Hi, Could anyone give me some suggestions?
I am H1 in university and now changed my job to another university.The transfer application (I-129 petetion) is in immigration office now. But it seems that it can not be approved before my H1's (I-94) expiration. What shall I do? Shall I use the preminum process?
