Please help to work while 485 pending

Background:
I140 (NIW) approved. I485 pending. Born in Mainland China.

Questions:
Is there any negetive impact on my green card application (I485)if I am expatriated to a third country by a U.S company working overseas for 3-4 years?. If any, what is the impact?
Can I come back to U.S using AP every year (for three continus years)? How can I keep AP valid because one AP is good only for one year?
