I think this is very encouraging news from VSC, my three I-140s were just approved at the same time after 4.5 months anxious waiting.

3 memberships
8 strong recommendation letters: 1 from government, 6 US universities, 1 European

Some notes:
Provide the full copies of papers and CVs from ref.
NIW uses original ref. letters, others use copies
Using “Dr.xxx” instead of “I” or “me” in petition letter
