I am planning to Toronto for h1b visa, but i was not able to make a appointment. I tried several times on the visa appointment reservation system, and when I select Toronto, it says no appointment available for Toronto. But other cities are ok.

Do you know why? How can I make appointment on Toronto? Please help. Thank you very much.
