Urgent!!!NIW in VSC, after 3 times LUD got RFE

NIW in VSC, It was DIY and today I read online that my case needs RFE. Did any one has the same expereience. Do I need to hire a lawyer? How much it is?
Can you recommand a good NIW lawyer for RFE in New York area?
