Your case is kind of medium, or say main stream. Most new postdocs achieve these. So what you need to do is to get good letters, from big names, from independent researchers (or at least no obvious connection in layman's eye, like CIS officers). Or any good remarks on your work in publications, national level. Then compose a real good petition letter, showing that you are the best and stand out from other ordinary postdocs or researchers.
