当时没拿到临时绿卡,后来我们搬到美国中部,也通知移民局了.已经过去一年,中间请议员帮助问FBI进程,都是正在查.刚刚去移民局主页查寻case status.请大家帮忙分析是什么意思.
On December 30, 2005, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

是不是我们的FBI name check 已经交回移民局了?我们感到挺胡涂的,为什么485

case 重新处理了.
