北京 H1-B 签证急问-万分感谢

我要在一月初回国，需在北京返签H1-B。可是我的几个在北京返签H1-B的朋友，无论其原来H1-B是否在北京签的，均被背景调查。我现在巨沮丧，原想和老爸老妈过个快乐的春节的。

我是F1直接在美转H1的。可有哪位和我一样情况，最近刚从北京签证又没被背景调查的，请回贴，让我也有些希望。万分感谢！
