part time H-1

My NIW has been approved, 485 is pending. I am working as a researcher holding H-1. And a company may offer me a part time position. If I get this part time postition I plan to apply for a part time H-1.

Is it difficult to apply for a part time H-1 when I am holding a full time H-1?
Will part time H-1 affect my 485? is there any other negative effect?
