I diddn't get any LUD after resubmission until the email on 12/2

My express mail was received by INS on 12/19/2005, after that no new information online. I checked it everyday online and gave it up during the Christmas holiday.
On 12/28/05, I got the email from INS. Maybe the online survice stopped during the holidays but the INS are still processing the cases.
