The most important thing right now is that make sure that CIS won't put you on removing (deportation) precedure. I don't know how to do it. Ask your lawyer. Once your hu*****and is naturalized, you can file 130 and 485 right away and start your GC processing. The spouse of citized is forgiven for overstaying status. Good Luck.
