加拿大landing几问

明年出要到加拿大landing，有些问题想提前问问好．
我们基本情况（本人H1,老公H4,但马上要转F1,小孩还在国内）
１．能从国内带了小孩直接入境LANDING吗？（老公自己从美国去）
２．如以上计划可行，我还需办美国签证，能再到美领馆去申请吗？听说因有加绿卡，可以申请三年多次往返．
３．如不行，可以先把我和老公办好再带小孩入境LANDING一次吗？
有点儿乱，恳请大家给些建议．
