if you don't trust me or my lawyer, please read the INS memo carefully, just keep in mind that the difference between VISA and Status, everybody could understand that memo.
P.S. I don't wanna believe it is right. of course it is good if you can keep the H1 status. but could anybody give a positive example? I think lots of people used AP before, please share your true experience. arguing is not helpful.
