question to immcanada and other "big" guys

Just get the letter from Canadian consulate general requesting for passport for immigration visa. I have some questions about landing and some other things. Thanks in front.

1. How long is the period that I can go landing after I receive the visa?
2. How long does it take to get everything set after enter Canada, as I am still in graduate school in US.
3. Is it easy to get a F-1 visa in US consulates in Canada as a new immigrant or they will still ask me to go back to china to get visa. (I changed status in US twice, J1 to H1 and H1 to F1).

Really appreate for all of the help.
