Lost Advance Parole card, need help

Hello,

My friend came back to China few months ago due to family emergency. She applied for the Advance Parole before she left. INS(or whatever the name is right now) approved for her Advance Parole request and send it to her address in China. Unfortuantely she never received it. I guess it got lost in the mail. Anyhow, she called the INS and they told her to reapply, but one of the requirement to apply is to turn over the I-94 card which she no longer has it. Can anyone here give her some advice about how to handle this situation?
