有AP申请经验的朋友们,帮忙喽! ~~~~~ 咣~~~~~~

愿意回贴的朋友,平安!我有几个问题想确认,如果方便请予以帮助,先谢谢了!

1.我的140通过了,485站着呢,想明年夏天回国一趟,如果不愿再去墨西哥申请第三国H1B签证的话,是不是要申请AP呢? (想确认一下)

2.申请AP的I-131表格中,PART-1中的 CLASS OF ADMISSION 指什么呢?

3.申请AP的I-131表格中,PART-2中的a,b,c,....我认为我应该选d:I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the US after temporary foreign travel. 对吗?

4.有一句:If you are applying for an AP document, skip to Part 7. 那么从4到6就不必填了吧? (想确认一下)

5.PART-7:For how many trips do you intend to use this document? 选项有one trip 和 more than trip,想选后者,那么在审批过程中会有不同的方式和态度吗? 顶多可以给几次啊?

6.最后一项:If the travel document will be delivered to an overseas office,where should the notice to pick up the document be sent? 1.To the address shown in PART 2 on the first page. 请问,我不应该填这部分吧,因为我在美国国内接收.

7.在阅读填表说明时,第5页有一句:If you file a nonresident alien tax return or fail to file a tax return, you may be regarded as having abandoned residence in the US and as having lost your permanent resident status. 这与我的情况无关吧?
