I concurrently filed 140/485 in this Sep. in TX

and my friend ' case is same with me, he got his EAD /AP already( I-140 is pending) , but mine is still waitting, and my I-140 got RFE,just filed RFE response to INS. my question is why my AP/EAD is sitting upon my I-140 ' approval? but not for my friend' case?
