Hi, any expert knows which address to file the I-140 petition (alone) at Texas service center? I check the webpage of TSC, looks the mail address required (USCIS TSC, ATTN: E-Filed I-140, PO Box 851391, Mesquite, TX 75185-1391) is different from the address required in the I-140 instruction: i.e. (USCIS Texas Service Center, P.O. Box 852135, Mesquite, TX 75185-2135). Which one is right? Thanks very much for your help.
