Perm denied, please give advice!!!

Hi, my perm Labor certification application was denied today!

The reason is: previleging wage CODE cannot be determined! This was denied automatically by Computer program, look like Robot! Acturally CIS requested that earlier, my lawyer explained I don't have the wage code, and then was denied! I work in a Medical school of famous university as an technician, I have no idea why this happened, so devastated, my lawyer was so positive initially.

Please tell me, do I have chance to appeal?
