is your I-140 approved?

DIRECTLY REPORT TO YOU is in I-140, it is a criteria for judging how good you are. It is especially useful if you apply for EB-1.

It is only used for INS to evalute whether to approve your I-140. It has nothing to do with I-485. It should not affect your job benifits.
