紧急求助：我１１月份File I102，今天收到据信，可是我的I94这个月２

请教哪位好心人：我今年１０月份Ｈ４入境，Ｉ９４和我签证上的日期一样，都是到１２月２２日到期，可是我老公的Ｉ７９７和Ｉ９４到期日都是２００７年６月３０日。在１１月份的时候请教了一些人，所以file了Ｉ１０２表，可是没想到今天收到据信，理由是：“Form I-102 is for the replacement of a previously issued I-94 and is not used for making changes..., A requrest to correct biographical information on the I-94 should be directed to the port of entry specified on your I-94 card... In view of the above, your application is hereby denied.". 请问大家我现在怎么办啊，如果重新递交Ｉ－５３９还来得及么？还是我必须回国再去签证啊？我不想把身分黑下来。希望大家给我提点建议，非常感谢！
