H1续签當然要交Filing Fee﹑﹑

1.go http://www.lca.doleta.gov/ and fill the form ETA 9035E for LCA online. Most of time, you will get the certified LCA right the away after you submit it online. Print the certified LCA (form ETA 9035E) and ask your employer to sign it.

2.Fill Form I-129 (you can download the form from http://wwww.uscis.gov)

3.Employer letter: you need to include:

a) Information about the company (employer)
b) Profile of the position offered
c) Your qualifications
d) Your immigration history

4. Filing fee: $185 (check the latest fee online please)

5.Copies of your previous H-1B approval notice, diploma and I-94 card (front and back).

6. Company’s Brochure
7. A copy of previous years financials or annual report (don't need to provide this if you work for Government)
