Extend my wife's and daughter's H-4 or NOT

Hi, friends,

As my employer is going to process my H-1B extension, I am
wondering whether I have to extend my wife's and daughter's H-4. My wife
plans to use 485-based EAD to work, my daughter is in elementary. If I don't
extend their H-4, they will be in Adjustment of Status (legal status to
stay in US), right?

Or I have to extend their EADs if I don't extending their H-4.

By the way, my NIW I140 has been approved.
