Yeah for 5-6 yrs, if you are just starting PERM. Could be shorter as 2-3 yrs, but don't count on it.

No, for assuming you will have a better life going back. If you have left China for more than 3 yrs. I will suggest you really check everything out back in China before you make any really move. I have quite some friends, over 5, tried, so far 5 has come back, with lots of trouble though. So be careful.
