重贴:请教我是否需要现在就告诉移民局我正在离婚(明年才能离完)?

家庭485 pending, 对方公民, 如果现在不告诉的话, 会不会触犯移民法律? 因为现在婚没有离完,所以还是married 状态. 谢谢!!
