绿卡面谈后,是否应得到一张单子告知你的面试结果？

前天绿卡面谈后，VO没有给我一张PAPERWORK来证明我已通过了面试，他收了我的ORIGINAL I-94。请教XDJM们，你们在面试之后，无论绿卡是否APPROVE， 是否都应得到一张单子告知你的面试结果？

我的面试本身没有任何问题，NAME CHECK 也CLEAR。只是VO说我FILE I-485的日期
早了4天。所以当时没有给我绿卡，他说要问一下他的SUPERVISOR再给我来信。大家
帮我看看我这种情况是怎么回事？还有可能APPROVE 吗？有人碰到过这种情况吗？
