We did submit most of the documents in the first place. Some of documents required by REF did not exist at the time when application was filed, such as the company's quarterly tax acclaim for 2005 fiscal year since the fiscal year did not start until October.

Overall, I think the real reason for me to get a REF is because my company is a small start-up, so they want to make sure financially the company can afford me. :)
